Strike the tracker with your halberd, because he's praying from ranged and magical, and is outside reach of ordinary melee. When he does, Eluned will shout"NOW!!" , and the archers who came with you may finish him off. Talk to Tyrall, and Eluned will teleport the two of you to Llyeta. Tyrall will state that he learned the mourners are gathering coal tar in the poison waste, and that Lord Iorworth's mages have cast corruption bouts on several of the lamps scattered around Isafadar. You should now complete the next two missions, in any sequence:
1. Put on your full mourner gear and visit Arandar pass. When you find that a mourner, walk down the path he came from all the way to the east coast of Priffdinas (or however you say that). Walk inside the elven town for the very first time, and go immediately south for to the Death Guard HQ.
Go inside and speak to Ioffrdin Chillingworth, the chief of global mourners. He will be angry, because apparently somebody (you) has loathed a part of the forest where they were collecting herbs. Ask what the new mission is and he'll say that he wants large quantities of coal tar. Ask why and he'll say that is just for himself and Lord Iorworth to know. He will ask you to help mix up a fresh potion of weakness, because the rebel elves have somehow (again, you) discovered a remedy for it.
Go downstairs into the lab and combine 2 herbs in the table (it doesn't matter which ones, you are trying to deceive him after all) in a vial of water in the counter. Throw in a few powder from the storage bin east of you. Search the bookshelf to get a dictionary. Report into Chillingworth and give him your potion. With the dictionary on your inventory, you will have the ability to convince him that it really works. Chillingworth then receives a message in Iorworth, and leaves. Look for the vault to get cheap RuneScape gold a puzzle. Solve it, and take the notes indoors to Ariannwyn in Llyeta. The mourners, it seems, want to burn down the entire forest, also Ardoungne too.
