Amazon's game MMO New World, for better or worse, is releasing with high expectations. While many MMO fans are looking for a fresh experience in a unique setting, Amazon is looking for a way to make up for Crucible's failure.
For the game to be a success, Amazon needs to face the question: on which platforms the game will run. For most online games like Genshin Impact, the best approach is to make the game work on as many platforms as possible. But for now, New World only has a release date for the PC version. We don't yet know if it will come to consoles like the Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S.
