They drop iron arrows frequently , which means it's essentially free training. Around 40 or so, train with OSRS gold Hill Giants until 50. Once you reach 50, head back in the flesh crawlers in the south-east corner room. They are located within the square near the door closest to the wall. This can be done for both doors. If you're looking for food Go to World 1 where people power fishing by offering free salmon and trout. Magic: Work on the mage dumbies till it stops you from doing so. You will by then obtained the level of magic required to cast a few curses. Cast these spells of curse on the Zamorak monk in Varrock Castle. Varrock Castle, which is located in front of the stairs.
If you get to the magic level ( I believe it's 25) use Curse against the Zamorak monk. Once the level is reached then you can superheat (really fast xp), and you can break even if you build the steel bar) or high alch. Leave prayer alone, limit your attack to 40 (45 depending on the gravity 2h).
Glacors drop three sets of expensive boots - I believe they're 8M, 15M , and 22M. These boots are dropped in the average (from what I've been told I'm sure you can correct me if I'm wrong) at least once every 500-1000 kills. Glacors aren't the fastest things to kill (albeit they're not the fastest at all).
Let's suppose, for instance, that Glacors fall around. 15 million per 500 kills. I'm putting it at 500 because there are many other drops (notably shreds), so this helps to buy RS gold account for such drops.
