    Carbon Dioxide Laser Marking Machine

A carbon dioxide laser machine, also known as a CO2 laser marking machine, operates with a laser wavelength typically around 10um, which is considered short-wave laser. It offers excellent optical quality, high precision, and is widely used for online marking on non-metallic materials. This type of equipment finds extensive applications in the food, beverage, and other industries.

    I. Product Features

    1. Produces no harmful chemicals to the environment or human body, making it an environmentally friendly marking method.

    2. Easy to operate with user-friendly software.

    3. Employs a high-performance metal RF CO2 laser generator, enhancing stability and laser lifespan.

    4. Superior optical quality and high precision, suitable for fine operations and most non-metallic materials.

    II. System Introduction

The CO2 laser marking machine utilizes an infrared wavelength, 10.64μm gas laser. By filling CO2 gas into a high-pressure discharge tube, glow discharge is generated, causing gas molecules to release laser. After amplifying the laser energy, a laser beam is formed for material processing. The laser beam vaporizes the surface of the workpiece, achieving the purpose of engraving.

CO2 laser marking machines can mark various non-metallic materials and some metal products, such as bamboo products, wood, paper, ABS, PVC, epoxy resin, acrylic, leather, glass, building ceramics, rubber, etc. It is widely used in pharmaceutical packaging, food packaging, beverage packaging, plastics, textiles, leather, wood, handicrafts, electronic components, communications, watches, glasses, printing, and other industries.
